Last week we had 30 missed appointments that equated to 543 lost clinical minutes.

Practice Nurse - 11 Appointments - 150 minutes

Chronic Disease Nurse - 2 Appointments - 60 minutes

Health Care Assistant - 4 Appointments - 33 minutes

Health and Wellbeing Coach - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes

Mental Health - 4 Appointment - 150 minutes

If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
