Last week we had 34 missed appointments that equated to 565 lost clinical minutes.

• Practice Nurse - 9 Appointments - 115 minutes
• Chronic Disease Nurse - 2 Appointments - 60 minutes
• Health Care Assistant - 7 Appointments - 98 minutes
• Health and Wellbeing Coach - 0 Appointments - 0 minutes
• Mental Health - 4 Appointment - 120 minutes

If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
