Weekly missed appointments update

Last week we had 39 missed appointments that equated to 663 lost clinical minutes.

• GP - 18 Appointments - 255 minutes
• Practice Nurse - 5 Appointments - 70 minutes
• Chronic Disease Nurse - 4 Appointments - 120 minutes
• Health Care Assistant - 9 Appointments - 98 minutes
• Health and Wellbeing Coach - 2 Appointments - 90 minutes
• Mental Health - 1 Appointment - 30 minutes

If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
