Weekly missed appointments update
Last week we had 42 missed appointments that equated to 753 lost clinical minutes.
GP - 8 Appointments - 115 minutes
Practice Nurse - 16 Appointments - 203 minutes
Chronic Disease Nurse - 1 Appointments - 30 minutes
Health Care Assistant - 9 Appointments - 90 minutes
Health and Wellbeing Coach - 2 Appointments - 105 minutes
Mental Health - 6 Appointment - 210 minutes
If you are unable to attend your appointment please can you contact the surgery on 02380448558 and select option 1 for appointment cancellations. This will enable us to reuse the appointment for another patient.
