Repeat prescription requests
Posted or Updated on 6 Nov 2024
Dear Patients,
Following a review of our current processes for requesting repeat prescriptions, we have made the decision to stop receiving requests via email from our patients.
This is to ensure all prescription requests are actioned in a timely manner and are only incoming from two specific areas.
Therefore, we are giving all patients two months’ notice from today (1st July 2024) to ensure you are either set up with our online services access or you can put in a request via paper.
You can request prescriptions via the NHS App, online access on your account or by paper handed into the reception team. You can set up access to the NHS App or our online services via our website - NHS App and your NHS account - NHS (www.nhs.uk).
Alternatively, please follow the link: SystmOnline Login (tpp-uk.com). You can also set up online access by speaking to a receptionist.
The end date for accepting prescription requests via email will be the 31st August 2024, any requests following this date will not be actioned.
Thank you for your understanding, in helping us improve our services. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the surgery and speak to the team.
